Young Audiences New York values your privacy. This privacy policy was created to inform you about the information that we collect and how that information is protected.
No donor addresses or other contact information are ever shared outside of the organization. In addition, Young Audiences New York does not rent or loan our contact list to anyone for any purpose. This has been standard practice at Young Audiences New York for years. Currently, our written appeals, benefit invitations, etc. provide donors with the opportunity to indicate the manner, if any, in which they wish to be listed. Those who wish their gifts to remain anonymous are not listed. All publications, both in print and on-line, advise donors to contact the Young Audiences Development Department if they wish to request corrections to their listings.
Young Audiences New York collects, for its own internal purposes, only information provided to Young Audiences New York by donors (such as name, address, phone number, business, email addresses, and birthday). All information is secure and not available to anyone outside of the organization. The Young Audiences New York website, www.yany.org, is protected by the strongest industry standard encryption certificate.

Young Audiences New York has exempt status under section 501 [c] [3] of the IRS code. Accordingly, contributions to Young Audiences New York are tax-deductible to the extent of the law.
