Karina Lynch-Graham

Karina holds a Bachelors of Arts in Theater from the University of New Mexico… and a Master’s of Performing Arts Administration from New York University. She has a professional background in theater and dance as well as having an extensive career in arts education, youth development and community outreach. Karina has directed arts programs and led arts integration and creative workshops for teaching artists and community based institutions across the city. Prior to coming to YANY she was the Arts and Education Content Specialist for the Department of Youth and Community Development where she created a city-wide Teaching Artist Summer Academy for teaching artist that work in after school programs as well as Call to Arts a symposium for arts educators and program directors working in after-school and summer programs. She has sat on arts and education panels and been an advocate for quality arts and education across New York. Karina is inspired by Arts for Social Change, Travel and Stevie Wonder.
